Fiber Cement & EndCuts
Saturday, September 27, 2008 by TLiebman.
Just a short note to thank you for your excellent service and to let you know how well End Cuts has worked for me on my fiber cement project. As you know, all fiber cement siding, field cut edges should be primed. In the past, it was difficult to get installers to do this as it was a messy process using either a can of paint and brush or spray can. End Cuts has changed that. The bottle easily fits in a tool belt and the primer can be quickly applied without a mess. The end result is that the installers no longer resist my request to prime all cut edges.

Great Product!!
Thursday, September 18, 2008 by TLiebman.
I am very impressed with the quality of your product and will be recommending it to other contractors and friends . The biggest advantage is the convenient size and the fast drying time. I usually carry a spray can of wood primer for exterior work which is both cumbersome and messy, especially when it’s windy. On inside work I usually use a brush and a small container of primer…both inconvenient and messy with the possibility of disaster for an inattentive carpenter working over a newly installed hardwood floor. Don’t ask me how I know that. Your product is a great improvement over any method I’ve tried in the past. It easily fits into my tool belt, applies drip less and and allows for immediate application of trim because of the precision with which it can be applied. This product has paid for itself and the first time out and will be a staple for every home I build in the future. thank you for a wonderful product.

Can I refill the bottles?
Friday, June 27, 2008 by TLiebman.
I have only used the end cuts so far with good results. I was wondering about the cost to replenish these bottles-are these products available in bulk refill? I did notice Rubbermaid sells a “paint buddy” that is similar to your product that appears more economical for large jobs. However, I am pleased with your product and the slanted sponge tip for getting in corners.

I have been given the opportunity to try this new product ! I have tried this on some smaller projects that sometimes get wet in the rain or sprinklers and so far it works just fine. Your product is easy to use and store. I am sure that crafter as well as contractors would find that a valuable asset to their work

Angled Sponge Head

I am going to give you a suggestion for your DeckCuts. Use a angled head. It would be much easier. It is a great product!

Sealing Wood Trim Around Windows
Thursday, June 19, 2008 by TLiebman.
Read about your product in the Glen Hagge column in the Sunday Detroit News/Free Press about a month ago. And since we are communicating, I plan to use this to seal just the narrow wood trim around the Anderson Windows we had installed a year or so ago. The windows are vinyl trim, but when the casement windows are opened there is a small section of unfinished wood that is exposed around the window from the outside. We’re talking about a lot of large windows here, so it could be a time consuming job with a small paint brush. We’ve talked about painting them, but it’s such a tedious job we just haven’t done it yet. Your product sounds like it could just “fit the bill”. .

We have used the end-cuts on some exterior trim and once when we needed to process a door to height. Your product works great and I love that is doesn’t smell bad. We found that we needed to dab on the product with the sponge head and then come back and swipe it clean. It’s great that it comes in a bottle with a lid and fits in your pouch. We may use your deck-cuts product on an interior trim job that is commercial interior trim. My thought are that it will stabilize the ends and therefore the length of long 6” base.

Saw your product reviewed in Fine Homebuilding and I’m tired of dragging a gallon of BM Fresh Start just to prime cuts. I’d rather leave the painting to someone else.

WOW…It Just Works

I used WOW on small project in my house and I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use. I patched the hole in the wall and swiped WOW to prepare for painting. It was great and so much easier than getting out a can of primer and dealing with the whole mess.

HandyMan Club Testing

Used the Endcuts product on several shelves in a “honey-do” project. Very easy application, no mess, and appears to be very effective.
